我们国家民用变压器高压侧（一般为10kV）绕组标准设三档分接开关供调压；

三档分接开关为：中间档对应电压Ue，另二档对应电压分别为+5%*Ue、-5%*Ue；

三档的绕组匝数是变压器出厂时固定的：设Ue档时绕组匝数为Ne，+5%*Ue档时绕组匝数为N1、-5%*Ue档时绕组匝数为N2；低压侧绕组匝数N固定不可调。

U1为系统电压，我们无法改变；
